After a lifetime of living on the mainland of the United States, I’m lucky enough to call the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii home for 4 years now. Living about 15 miles from downtown Honolulu, my husband Mike and I love to snorkel and kayak, and just enjoy the year-round sunshine and warm weather.
I’m so excited that my 25 years of experience in office administration, customer service, graphic design & layout – both as an entrepreneur and a full-time employee – have led me to once again be offering my help in keeping businesses moving forward in a productive way! Whether you’re a small company, individual salesperson, non-profit organization, or a large corporation, I’m here to help you through busy times, or with work outside your area of expertise. My degrees in graphic design, business, and marketing provide a well-rounded, professional skillset.
I group our services under the umbrella of a Virtual Assistant, with virtual being the key word. In today’s tech savvy world of email, online conferencing, and FTP services, it’s easier than ever to work on a 100% virtual basis – without having geographical limits. Of course, if you live here on Oahu I’ll be happy to meet with you in person! My love of creative work has also grown from the traditional graphic design and desktop publishing, to website design & hosting, as well as eLearning course development – a truly exciting addition to my business! You can hire my team on an as-needed basis, charged hourly or per project, or retain our services by the week or month – whatever works best for you. I do not farm out work or use contractors without your knowledge. Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon, all work is done in-house by myself or my husband Michael.
